Available on 11/25/20 - Layers of reduced and slowly simmered all day ragu, creamy parmesan bechamel, and fresh pasta. Topped with freshly made san Marzano tomato marinara sauce layered with delicious fresh mozzarella. Served with a Caesar Salad with dressing and croutons and gently seasoned and soft garlic bread. Serves 8-12 adults, lots of leftovers! Cook in the oven for 50 minutes, take the top off for the last 10 to caramelize the cheese!
