This time last year was full of snow so just in case that happens again, we are serving up a warm favorite- beef shoulder, slowly simmered in wine, apple cider and aromatic vegetables, finished with sherry glazed mushrooms and baby onions. Accompanied by a buttery potato mash filled with leeks and herbs, ready to soak in the luscious sauce. Served with a crispy mesclun salad with fresh carrots, radish, and shallot vinaigrette
